Personal Definition: Santosha translates most simply to contentment. Sounds simple right? Wrong. For a lot of us, if we’re not lying. It’s the extremely difficult task of not wanting more than you need. It asks that we see our immediate experience for what it is without the lens of expectation. It’s not complacency or happiness. Its patient and its hopeful.
